I’ve been with Savvy Supporter for a while now, and the biggest thing for me is that I don’t have to keep starting from scratch every time. The same people stay in touch, they remember what’s happening, and it just feels a lot more personal.
Things have been smooth with appointments and support, and if anything changes, they let me know without me having to chase. A small win for me is that I’ve felt more on top of things lately instead of stressed out by it all. Really happy to give 5 stars.

"Fast help, but a little vague"
They got back to me really quickly and fixed my issue faster than I expected, which I appreciated. That said, I did get the feeling they were trying to wrap it up as fast as possible, because some of the explanations were a bit unclear. Overall it worked out, but a little more detail would’ve made the experience better.

"Good help getting to appointments"
I used Savvy Supporter for transport to around a couple of medical appointments, and overall it went well. The driver was friendly and showed up on time, which made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that there was a bit of a mix-up with the pickup time on one trip, but they got it sorted out quickly. I’m happy with the service and would use them again.

"Actually felt like my choices mattered"
I’ve had a really good experience with Savvy Supporter so far. What I appreciate most is that they didn’t just come in and tell me what to do, they actually asked what kind of support I wanted and when I wanted it. That made me feel a lot more in control, which makes a big difference. They’re easy to talk to, there’s no pressure, and I’m happy with how things are going. I hope they keep it this way, because if that ever changed, I’d probably start looking elsewhere.

I was unsure at first and expected some kind of mess, but everything ended up feeling secure and clear. No weird issues came up, and support actually replied fast enough, so I can’t really blame them for anything this time. I’d use it again.

I had a few questions and was expecting the usual copy-paste replies, but that wasn’t the case. The person who responded actually addressed my specific issue, which made me feel like they were paying attention and not just rushing through tickets. One reply took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but overall it was a good experience. It’s nice when support feels human, because it makes the whole process a lot less frustrating

I’ve been happy with Savvy Supporter so far. I’m always a little cautious with online communities because I don’t want to feel like I’m getting fooled or pulled into something fake, but this one has felt genuine. People actually post, reply, and share helpful stuff, so it doesn’t have that empty or staged vibe. It’s easy to jump in and follow along without feeling pressured. Overall, it’s been a good experience.

"Pretty helpful, but a bit unorganised"
I got some daily living assistance from Savvy Supporter, and overall it was good. The support worker was really kind and helped me with basic things around the house, which made a big difference. The only downside was that the times sometimes changed at the last minute, which was a bit frustrating. It’s a decent service, but the communication could definitely be better.

"Honestly, booking was ridiculously easy"
Booking through savvysupporter.com was about as easy as it gets. I’m basically certain it could not have been more straightforward. I didn’t have to click around forever, the steps actually made sense, and scheduling was a breeze. I just picked a time that suited me, got it sorted quickly, and that was it. No stress at all

I found the guidance helpful overall, and it definitely gave me a better sense of what to do next. That said, when it came to some of the NDIS-related answers, I felt like they were a little bit vague and could have used more detail or clearer examples. It wasn’t bad by any means, and I still got value from it, but I did find myself wishing a few points were explained in a more practical, specific way.
